Andrea Witken

Andrea Witken is a highly qualified and accomplished professional in training and HR. She has held senior regional and global positions with a number of leading organisations including National Manager Human Resources for KPMG, Director Human Resources for a multi-national bank operating out of North America, Director Human Resources for Canada's largest manufacturing and retail company and Director Human Resources for one of Australia's largest banks.

Andrea holds a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology and Sociology and is a graduate of The Executive Development program from the University Of Cape Town. She has over 18 years experience in change management (OD) and has led several large change processes in both local and global organisations.

Andrea is currently pursuing her passion for the development of training skills for trainers. She works with a number of major organisations on a range of innovative programmes to develop, assess and coach trainers to reach levels of excellence.
